Welcome to our hotel! Please review our comprehensive policy for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Payment Policy:

Full Payment is required to generate your reservation. We accept VISA, Master Card , Cash ( TTD , USD , POUNDS STERLING), Online Transfer and Wire Transfer. For Online Transfer and Wire Transfer the client would be responsible to pay bank transfer costs.

Deadline cancellation:

For flexible rates ( at least bookings made within 1 week ) it will be 72 hours before the arrival date without penalty.

For non-refundable rates (Group bookings , Special Events ) a deadline day would be given with which you would have 100% refund. After the deadline date ( normally six months prior) then the stay would be 100% non refundable.

No show penalty: No show of the guest on the arrival date, will give the hotel the right to release the room or keep it according to negotiation criteria, in any case, the night not presented, or the total stay will be charged according to the type of purchased fare.

Early departure: Departure before the original check out date, the hotel will charge a guest account the remaining nights according to the type of rate charged. If there is an emergency, and the guest has to leave at the point of check in then The Chancellor Hotel will issue a credit for a stay at another period that is suitable to the client.

Check-in time : 3:00 pm local time

Check-out time : 11:00 am local time

Early check in: this request for early check-in must be received 24 hours before the arrival date and may generate additional charges.
